| Lillian Black Arts festival scheduled for Febuary 26

The creative spirit of students from the elementary and high schools in the Diocese of Oakland will be on display, on the stage and in galleries, at the 26th annual Lillian Black Festival of the Arts on Feb. 26 at Bishop O'Dowd High School in Oakland.
The event, which will begin at 1 p.m. and end at 5 p.m., will feature musical performances and displays of artwork.
Participating high schools include Bishop O'Dowd and St. Elizabeth of Oakland, and St. Joseph Notre Dame of Alameda.
Elementary school participants include All Saints in Hayward, Assumption in San Leandro, Corpus Christi of Piedmont, Holy Spirit of Fremont, Our Lady of the Rosary of Union City, School of the Madeleine of Berkeley, St. Bede of Hayward, St.
Cornelius of Richmond, St. Edward of Newark, St. Elizabeth of Oakland, St. Felicitas of San Leandro, St. Francis of Assisi of Concord, St. Jarlath of Oakland, St. John of San Lorenzo, St. Lawrence O'Toole of Oakland, St. Leander of San Leandro, St. Martin de Porres of Oakland, St. Raymond of Dublin and St. Theresa of Oakland.
