New altar for St. Agnes
Deacon Antonio Reyes, Bishop Emeritus John S. Cummins and Deacon Rey Encarnacion during the blessing of a new altar at St. Agnes Church in Concord. Master woodworker Oscar Jovel, whom Pastor Vincent Cotter knew when Jovel was youth minister at St. Ignatius Parish in Antioch, was retained to make all St. Agnes' new hardwood altar furnishings, including the altar, chairs, podium and candle stands.
